Who we are

CULTURE OPTIONS can offer you a broad range of options today because over the past years we went through important developments.

The first step was to come up with a new understanding of culture and intercultural communication and to build on that base a practice-oriented model of intercultural competencies: Make Your T.R.A.C.S.!

We have long been offering consulting and training on diversity. Over time we came to understand better the role of inclusion, and why diversity alone sometimes is not an added value.

The next step was close: to understand how something like a human 'autopilot' with its intuitive tendencies and unconscious biases influences perception and can lead to costly false decisions. This autopilot can hinder real inclusion keep us from Better Thinking.

Today we can offer our services to you in various related areas: in all content-related aspects of modern mobility we offer training and coaching, for your expats and inpats, your international teams and projects, or for human resources and management. We have over 20 years of experience in these areas.

We also offer consulting in a change drive to an inclusively diverse corporate culture. The basis for this are a better way of leading and decision-making, plus a vision that provides clear objectives and how to get there. This will noticeably increase the performance of your leaders and teams.

Culture is our profession. Choose your options.

We also are: an international network of freelance consultants between Los Angeles and Hong Kong with a base in Munich.
