Who we are

CULTURE OPTIONS offers you a broad range of choices.

We know the added value of Diversity & Inclusion. We understand why an integrated approach to D&I is so important at this time.

For a sustainable increase in performance and profitability, it takes Diversity plus an understanding of how the human 'autopilot' with its intuitive tendencies and unconscious biases influences perception. This leads to unneccessary risks, costly false decisions, and an inadequate talent management. We support your development of processes to avoid Unconscious Bias.

For improved modern mobility we offer training and coaching, on-site or online – based on 25 years of experience: for your expats and inpats, your international teams and projects, for human resources and management. Make Your T.R.A.C.S.!

We also offer consulting in a change drive to an inclusive and diverse corporate culture with a vision that shines inside and outside.

Culture is our profession. Choose your options.

Intro

Cornelius is into intercultural learning – as a professional, as a volunteer, as a practitioner.

He has worked with participants, clients, co-trainers, and other dedicated volunteers from over 50 countries on all continents: with (and in) international projects, to support virtual cooperation, to give orientation to expats and their families relocating abroad or immigrating in Germany, or in writing policy for the leading international non-profit provider in educational exchanges, Youth For Understanding, with its 50 national organizations.

His clients are organizations form many branches of business, public institutions, and NGOs (often pro bono). Since the year 2000 and to date, Cornelius is an associate lecturer at Applied Sciences and Technical Universities throughout Germany (Augsburg, Chemnitz, Heilbronn, Mannheim, Offenburg, Pforzheim).

As trainer, consultant, coach, and speaker, Cornelius works with executive officers and specialists, with students and youths, with seniors and families. Thanks to his clients’ global presence, Cornelius has had the opportunity to expand his professional perspective. His original focus on the United States (where he has spent 3 years) has broadened to include Canada, Asia and Europe (including Germany of course) as well as Africa, in particular South Africa. He has been consulting specialists and executives on cooperating with African countries since 1993.

Cornelius and his cooperation partners have acquired excellent references since 1995 – in industry and services, from banks and insurances, in government and non-government organizations, from consulting to education.

Cornelius is founder and owner of CULTURE OPTIONS.
